Vance Lodge, Bayview, Wicklow

Hi,
Looking for information on a place called Vance Lodge, Bayview. My grandmother stayed there in December 1956, but I have Googled it and can't find any reference to it on the internet.
How I have spelled it is how it is on the letter I have from Legion of Mary, who provided the information.

Anyone happen to know anything about the place?

If there's any wriggle room on the name due to issues over legibility, note that there was a large 5 bedroomed house in a quarter acre garden called Vava Lodge near the town centre, 1955 and 1971 sale notices described the address as 'Bayview Terrace, Wicklow'.
