Gosh, just two years after giving birth to the 2nd Richard in 1891, poor Catherine Tuke (nee Hopkins) died, still in Ballybrack, Killiney.  See:-

Looking at Avoca (Wicklow) Baptisms in RC registers on www.registers.nli.ie and see on 18 Apr 1840, a Richard Tule, son of John and Etty Tuke.

Too early I know, but just in case these are your folk.
