Address on death certificate
« on: Saturday 20 March 21 12:00 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone transcribe the addresses shown on the attached Death certificate?  It look like the deceased and the informant (grandmother and grandson) lived next door to each other in the same street, but I can read the name of the street.
Thanks for any help.

Looks to be Kendon Row, Cwmavon, Michaelstone.

(Did a Google search on "Kendon Row" Gower!)

Michaelstone Lower in the parish of Michaelstone super Avon in the County of Glamorgan. If you look on old maps, it is at the south edge of Cwmavon. There is a St. Michael’s Church and Michaelston Place to the right/east of the Express Tin Works on the map below. I cannot see the road, but not all are named, though on present maps there is a Michaelstone Terrace south of St. Michael’s Churchyard.

On this map, Michaelston Lower is named on the top edge.

Could it be Cefndon Row? If written by an English speaker it will sound like Kendon Row. On the map, look in the right half along the bottom edge and Cefndon Row with Cefndon Cottages are above the word ABERAVON. This map has more street names.

Thank you all so much, it does look like Kendon Row.  When I first looked at it, the first letter looked like an 'F' but now I see it is a 'K'.   And Cefndon could be correct.  Thanks all.

There is no K in the Welsh alphabet, which is why I suggest it was written by an English speaker.
