Could anyone tell me the place where Ann was living at the time of this as I cannot make it out.

Almost looks like Lincoln if I squint but I have no idea if there is anywhere nearby to the area that has a name like it.

Well done! Lisnascreena didn't come up on any of the lists I searched, namely this one which you'd expect...https://www.libraryireland.com/IrishPlaceNames/L.php

It's always a help when the OP can at least state some info. e.g. where i.e. Galway, to save people having to peer for themselves prior but it also helps others accustomed with the area to work it out.

It's certainly the closest I can see that looks anything like the name on the image.  :)

I find the Parliamentary Gazetteer of Ireland, 1844-1845 useful too, just takes a bit of wading through!
