I agree it's sister annas or similar.  Compare the a in totalis above.

I suggest mandaugh but not sure.  Again there's the issue with the g.

In the total, I think the shillings is:  xix^s

I'm inclined towards vj^d as the pence but can see why you chose as you did.  You can calculate to check, of course.

In the two instances of the name William he has written willa with an upwards sweeping contraction mark.  I would transcribe as will(i)a(m).

You are getting pretty good at these now.

In the Grayson entry, I would say 18d.  They dotted Arabic 1 for a period around this time.

In the surety for Thomas Atkinson, I make the amount:  viij^li saveing xvj grot(es)   [The x is crossed-out, IMO.]

Regarding words like shilling(es) in the Bell entry, the last character is a brevigraph which usually stands in for -es or -is.

Thanks, horselydown86 - and for that link to the brevigraphs which is very helpful - am slowly beginning to recognise some of the "shorthand" of that time.
One of the useful things about this inventory too is the names of his siblings - a little window into the previous generation.
