Family history of John James (Jack) Ryan
« on: Sunday 21 March 21 21:22 GMT (UK) »
Hi everyone. I am trying to find the final resting place of my uncle John James (Jack) Ryan. Born 22/01/1912 to John Ryan and Mary Shannon. He had 3 brothers Leo, Fran & Joe. He had 5 sisters. I would really appreciate any help in locating his burial place.
Kind Regards

Hello
It may be helpful if you include place or area they were from, lived and approximately when you think he past away...
That said you can search here...
https://www.freebmd.org.uk/
and see if you can get a match..
Good luck with your search

Welcome to RootsChat  :)

As markw has said we need more information.

Where did he die and when?

Only birth with that date in 1912 is this one.

Maybe these are his parents and siblings – 1911 census.

Hello and welcome to Rootschat.

A tree on Ancestry with that DOB has him dying in 1989 in Baldoyle, Dublin, Ireland.

Hello again..
If its Ireland you can try at... to get DC...

https://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/birth_family_relationships/registrar_birth_marr_death.html#

Also .. if RC it might be worth checking with local RC churches as they would probably had a catholic burial..
Good Luck

Sorry about omitting where & when. I am new to this site, I put in the information then struggled to send it, had to start again and forgot, sorry. Thanks for the replies I received. The person who sent me the baptism records is spot on, that is my uncle Jack. He died in or around Baldoyle, Howth area of Dublin, I am guessing around the 1989 ish period. I am amazed at the response and help from you all thank you very much.
Kind Regards
John Ryan
