An odd entry on familysearch ( ie see dates):

Name:
Harold Bertrand Coulson
 •
Event Type:
Birth
Event Date:

03 Mar 1910
 •
Event Place:
Oakville, York, Ontario, Canada
 •
Registration Date:
1919

Sex:
Male
Father's Name:
Arthur Cecil Coulson
 •
Mother's Name:
Florence Mable Rolling

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QV9H-TYFV

This was a declaration, signed by Florence, in October 1919, so after Arthur had died. However, in January 1919, Arthur had signed a similar (not all location details the same, and Florence's surname entered as Rodding rather than Rolling), declaration. Both were on a form for "registering a birth which has not been registered".

Harold looks to have died in 1992, indexed as Harold Bertram Coulson:

with a grandson named as nearest relation.

1921 Canadian Census also has a daughter Gladys, aged 3, with Florence and son Harold.

So, that ties the earlier finds together well....but doesn't explain how the Sergeant-at-Arms came to have your address. As I said in my earlier reply #15, an email asking might prove useful.
