Can someone help me with old German script?

Can someone help me decipher/translate this?  I believe this is recording the death of my ancestor, Florian Sturm.  I'm hoping his parents names are on here.  I just can't quite figure it out.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Can you let us have the column headings?

Once davecapps sees this, I'm sure all will be revealed  but in the meantime, the headings would help as I'm struggling with the content.

On the left, 2 dates are shown: December 12th and December 15th (in figures and words).
Then we have surname and first name.
Then Wiesbaden.
Then something along the lines of: Born on 26 - twenty six - February 1826 - twenty six - in/by (Hasselbach?) (Amtl?) Usingen (xxxxxx self? xxxxxxxxx), catholic. (Sorry - there is a big chunk which I am unsure about!)

In the next column I think there is something about ehelicht or possibly unehelicht, so possiby something about whether he was a legal or illegitimate child. I think that it then says Maria Frau von Hasselbach.

We really need Dave to take a look. 

I was interested to read this, as I spent 5 years in Usingen when I first came to Germany!

Thanks, Dave! I knew you'd crack it. 

There is one little (maybe not so little) thing, though. I hate to disagree  , but I still think it is Hasselbach, not Hattenbach. They look like 2x long "s" to me, and the letter before the "b" is definitely more "l" than "n". Also, there is a Hasselbach 20km from Usingen.

What do you think?
