Ronald Vernon Bennett Born 4/4/1921 in poole Dorset and died 1964 in Christchurch
I believe he married Rose Cresswell born 14/7/1919 in Tynemouth Northumberland,mothers maiden name was Dowdall.
I cannot find any record for the marriage or any details of birth
 on ronald  or what happened to Rose after 1943.

If you don't have his birth cert. where has his birth date come from?
I can't see him on the 1939 register.

Yes he may have been born 1 July 1925 and died 1988 Staffordshire.

Possible Marriage 1949 Essex to Rosina M HILL, may be a Widow?

Ignore the Staffs Ronald as he married there.

One on 1939 for a Rose Cresswell with that birth date has not been updated with a married name.  That is no proof that she did not marry, a family members entry was not updated and I have every proof that she married

Fangio says his DOB came from an Ancestry tree.
I can see just one but there's no middle name or DOB
just the marriage to Rose Cresswell with no other details.
So that begs the question what info do you have on Robert Vernon Bennett
& where has it come from within your own research?

Where do you have Rose mentioned in 1943, was she Cresswell or Bennett

I had a PM from fangio stating that Rose was still 'Cresswell' in 1943.   She was linked to the Queen Alexandra Imperial Military service and Mount Vernon Hospital, Norwood at that time. 

I have asked fangio to reply on this post and not by PM so we can all see their reply
