Certainly looks like it could be her. I guess that would mean that she wasn't married to James Pittilla when son James was born in 1898. Ellen was born in Bolton in 1879/1880. I am unaware of her occupation. I don't recognize the names of Thomas and Ann Sutcliffe but they not be relatives.
This is interesting and leads to a search for another husband, if she married.
