Help with cause of death please??

This soldier died of a gunshot wound to the head. I can't quite decipher this secondary cause...

Ha well done! I though it might have said cerebral but didn't think it was abscess because I didn't know that was spelt with the extra s before the c! Thanks.

Poor guy must have lived 10 days or more after was shot for an abscess to form.

* A brain abscess is a collection of pus enclosed in the brain tissue, caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. A brain abscess can develop as a complication of an infection, trauma or surgery.
