I believe the London Baptism register only goes up to 1917 so you won't be able to view her baptism record online, I'm afraid.

Her birth certificate is available to purchase from the GRO:
CLARK, MARGARET  GWYNNETH     -
GRO Reference: 1920  J Quarter in ST. MARYLEBONE  Volume 01A  Page 1026

Although, I'm assuming you already have this as you know her mother's name?

Thanks Queenie, I suspected as much, it has taken us many years to find her forename, her family at that time seemed to refer to their children by any name other than their given. Margaret was born "out of wedlock" in we believe an unmarried mothers' establishment - her baptism would have stated where or at least what parish. She was also physically and mentally "disabled", due to we suspect, the efforts of an abortionist who according to family rumour  "tried to get ride of her". She died at 51yrs (after a life in various mental hospitals) in a Maidstone institution. It looks as if a trip to London/Westminster will be needed. Many thanks again.

As mentioned by Milliepede the birth certificate would show where she was born, she could have been baptised anywhere.

It also pre-supposes she was baptised.  Many weren’t.  There was no obligation to baptise nor was there a time limit

But what a sad story & what a life for poor Margaret
