OK, so what birth year does she give?
How old at marriage?
What names witness the 1866 marriage?

Could this birthbe relevant?

She is of age at marriage. Father is John Dickells, carpenter. Witnesses are Peter Mort and Hanora Mort. She gives her birth as 1843 (1861), 1844 (1871) and 1845 (1881).

Edit: GRO index lists corresponding Emma as Emma DINCKELL, mmn ATKINS.

Further edit: There are two Emmas born in Whitechapel with mmn Atkins: 1843 & 1846.

Unfortunately, this is not her. This Emma has a brother called Henry who was born to Henry Dinckell & Joan Atkins.

It helps us if you give census references for when you have located her rather than just telling us that you have found her in them.

Just want to add that there is a very similar thread here from 2013:

Just so we don't retread the same steps.
