accessing Rootschat
« on: Saturday 27 March 21 23:28 GMT (UK) »
I am having difficulty getting Rootschat to load both Chrome and Safari think it is not secure.  I looked at the old posts and thought this had been resolved.  Just wondering if I need to change a setting or change my browser?

Hi

I think there were problems with the browser. You could try Firefox.  It worked for me.

I had problems for a couple of days with Rootschat not loading.  I believe that it was a problem with the Rootschat website rather than the computer.

My son tried Rootschat on his computer and he was getting the same message I was.

I can't remember what the message was, something along the lines of Rootschat had crashed.

Yes I had this too.
Tried on 3 different machines with the same message.
Thankfully it seems to be sorted now.

It was offline from about 3.32 am to about 11 am on Sunday morning. We all experienced it.  The OP had problems before then. She mentioned it on a photo thread as well.

We had a more specific problem concerning security issues* a while ago when members using  particular browsers had problems.

* which is what the original query was about.
