William M Gray, died after 1942, maybe in Boston
« on: Monday 29 March 21 23:02 BST (UK) »
I'm also looking for the death of William M Gray, born 1860 in Maine, who married Martha Ellen (Cowan) Page in 1917 in Bangor, Maine. From 1933 to at least 1942 they lived in the Boston area. Their last address in Boston was 95 Rossmore Road, Jamaica Plain, in the 1942 Boston City Directory.

Martha died at her son's house, 21 Orient St, Melrose, Mass, on October 14, 1943, and is buried with her first husband, Oscar Page, in Melrose. Martha's death record says she was a widow.

Wiliam Gray is not showing up in ancestry.com's deaths in either Boston or Bangor.

I have a lot on Martha, unless someone can find a death notice. (For those interested, Martha is the grandmother mentioned in my previous post:

Thank you.

I don't think they were ever in Lewiston. Would their papers cover Portland?
