Just been looking at his headstone.....it says 1950, and given as 77 years old, so born 1883....which is right.......actually the date on the headstone is hard to read....Mmmhhh.....

My maths are not what they were......Yes 1960.......so it looks like Joseph married a second time, to someone with the same forename, that's what was confusing me....

I read the year of death on the headstone as 1960....
