Evening amondg, what a shame I was so excited hoping it was the right burial date, it is still a mystery why her children were scattered after 1851 even one of her children was adopted, can't think by whom now. Is it possible she was in a home, One of my other ancestors Harriett Wigley who died in 1848 in Hanley Castle her husband John Wigley died in 1842 Birmingham. Their children were with the eldest son in 1851 census. :-[

Regards,
Janet :'(

The National Archives reference TNA/RG/8/48. I would say that as a widow and unable to support all of her children family members kindly took them in.
