You say 'now wife' if he and his wife are still living you need to remove their names form your post and heading.

There are a couple that would match that description showing nr Portsmouth on electoral registers until 2012.  No deaths up to 2019/ probates to date showing in England.  It is possible to opt out of having your name in the public domain on electoral registers.
