I am looking for help to make my granny and friends less blurry please. 

It would be great if someone could help.

One from me, but as Japeflakes says if we could have a better scan you would get better results.

Might be blurry but a larger file would give restores more to go on. 500kB limit and you have used 64 kB

A try from me; it's not too good as the scan is very small in all departments i.e. physical size and resolution - try a rescan at 300dpi and repost with a different title, regards, John.

Had a go but, as the others have said, because of the low resolution there just isn't enough to work on without making it up.
