Hi Sue
Yes I believe that WJC died on the 4 Aug 1932 at 48 Whitby Street, West Brunswick.
The challenge I'm having is determining who his parents were.
James Crocker & Isabella were married in Maryborough in 1864. Birth records of the 6 children states that their mother was Isabella Hogg. Yet the marriage record only shows Isabella no surname and the grooms name is James Crocker not George James Crocker.
The first born male was WJC (1865-1932).
To be honest at this stage I have excluded the marriage between James Crocker and Isabella Short in 1866.
I just have this gut feeling that George James decided to go by the name of James so he didn't have the same first name as his father.
Thanks

I agree, your person did not marry Isabella SHORT.

You will need to download the marriage certificate for the CROCKER /(probably)HOGG marriage.

If correctly completed, it will give the bridegroom's parents.

Once you have that, you can proceed to the next generation.
