Help to restore please - Douglas James Rowles with his parents

This is Douglas James Rowles taken in 1910 with his parents Charles and Louisa Rowles (nee Young).
He is age 12 and next year, 1911, he is listed in the census as an 'Errand Boy'.
They lived in France Lynch, Chalford, Gloucestershire.

This looks 20's/30's.
Definitely not 1910.

There are some excellent restorations.
Your help is much apppreciated.

There are 2 more pictures of Douglas James; one in hospital blues and the other in his postman's uniform. I hope some of you can help with these also.
