Robert Smith of Hyde Hall?
« on: Friday 02 April 21 14:53 BST (UK) »
Hello,
I'm looking for the parents of Robert Smith.
He marries Grace Skeg/Skegg, 13 July 1690 Throcking, Hertfordshire.
'Robert Smith of Hyde Hall and Grace Skeg of Walkern'
Robert dies 1725 Benington, Hertfordshire.

I'm not sure if this is referring to Robert being actually 'Of Hyde Hall' or just from the parish containing it. I assume this is Hyde Hall within the parish of Sandon which used to be called 'Olivers Manor' (about 6 miles from Throcking) although I cant see it being in the possession of a Smith family.

Any help appreciated.
