That link doesn't go anywhere Eliz.

Luckily wills that have been digitised at the The National Archives are free at the moment, so I could get it from there.

For the future, it's a good idea to crop the whole thing into, say, three bits, and post them one by one.
You'll need to make sure an attachment is 500 kbs or less. The closer to 500 kbs the better, so you get a reasonably clear image.

Here's a transcript of the will.
The probate is in Latin, so you'll need to wait for a Latin expert to do that.
I think it says probate was given to Daniel his son, but we shall see.

In the name of God Amen I Edmund Cudmore of

There is a ^ for something added after Coxbere, but doesn't seem to anything written there.
One would have expected possibly something like 'overseers'.

Proved at London, 18 October 1606, granted to Daniel Cudmore, the executor, the natural and lawful son, who was sworn.

The insertion is in the left margin:

... of Coxbere my rulers, And for their paines I give them xs. In witnes hereof ...

xs = 10 shillings.

Thank you for explaining how to download digitalised documents cropping put into bits and attach them one by one thanks yes I will do that in future good idea. Thank you for deciphering the handwriting in  this Will of Edmund Cudmore my 11th X Great Grandfather and all the information in it is that you have kindly deciphered thank you very much so much to read and add to my family tree and Daniel Cudmore mentioned in this Will is my 10th x Great Grandfather so I descend from him.  Also Coxbeare should read as Loxbeare as this Daniel Cudmore has plaques in Loxbeare Church which I'm keen to visit soon along with other members of this Cudmore family..  I really appreciate your time and effort in helping me with this Will.  Also the à  was for 10 shillings to be given to the poor as this is noted on a plaque inside Loxbeare Church.

Thank you

Thank you for deciphering the information relating to à  useful to know this as Coxbeare should read Loxbeare and this information is the same as written on a plaque in Loxbeare Church.  Ten shillings to be given to the poor.

Thank you for reading this in the margin a big help and in the Will.

Thanks again for your help
