If it’s anything like my DNA matches - never  ::)

Can you not follow your Burke ancestry in the meantime or quiz the distant  relative? They must be knowledgeable about some connection as it is quite recent. (Not like mine, I mean, who emigrated 1870s onwards.)

we are not intouch with this side of the family so are only going by information given via Ancestry .We have very little knowledge on the family tbh Ex husband details and a grandfather's name and hes Irish and that's it lol

Don’t rely on Ancestry hints or trees for that matter.
If it is a DNA match, then it will tell you what the match is likely to be.
