Hi members I sent off for 2 wills on February 23rd still not received is this length of time usual ? Regards Roy

What dates did they tell you they would be ready.  Have you checked the website to see if they are sitting there.

Hi, their email after ordering just read we will email the wills as as possible.

I've recently ordered a few Wills but not received the notification email;  found them ready and waiting on the site!

I did check my junk mail folder.....empty.
Howard , Viney , Kingsman, Pain/e, Rainer/ Rayner, Barham, George, Wakeling (Catherine), Vicary (Frederick)   all LDN area/suburbs  Ottley/ MDX,
Henman/ KNT   Gandy/LDN before 1830  Burgess/LDN
Barham/SFK   Rainer/CAN (Toronto) Gillians/CAN  Sturgeon/CAN (Vancouver)

Hi - I ordered 5 on 15 March (dates from 1894 to 2005) and they all arrived to download between 17 - 23 March.

Hi I signed in but no orders ,yet I have an order number ,I can't see how you can contact gov.uk?
