Hi I signed in but no orders ,yet I have an order number ,I can't see how you can contact gov.uk?

It should list the wills that you have ordered and give an approximate date for you to receive them.

https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/

click on "Sign In" at the top of the page

enter your email address and password in the boxes and click the green 'sign in' button

Now click on "My Wills" at the top of the page

the wills you ordered are listed with the following info
date ordered, Surname, Estimated Delivery Date, etc
If they have been delivered the delivery date is also listed

and the final column says:
Download Document - click on that and the will that relates to that line downloads to your computer

If more than one will is listed you need to download them each in turn

added:

If the wills you ordered are not yet delivered or not listed then click on Contact Us at the top of the screen and enter the order number
Now click Continue and you get a page where you can type in the box to tell them what your query is
and send the query off to them.
