I have The 1914-15 Star medal for the above gentleman.  I don't know who the gentleman is. I found his medal amongst my grandfather's medals.  I found out from The National Archives that he was discharged on completion of his 12-year Continuous Service (CS) engagement, he took up the option to join the Royal Fleet Reserve (RFR). His RFR number (added to his RN number). was Dev[onport] B/11281, the 'B' indicating a non-pensioner. (pesnioners were 'A').  His full Official Number became, therefore, -  237288 (RFR/Dev/B/11281).

Place of Birth: Belfast, Antrim 10-09-1890.

There are no further records for his service.
I would love to return this medal to his family. Can anyone help?
