Could he have gone to Cannock for some reason?

Deaths

WILLIAMS, CHARLES       53
GRO Reference: 1893  D Quarter in CANNOCK  Volume 06B  Page 332

Gives a birth year of 1840

Thank you I think it might b considering ordering the death certificate from 1893

Hi,

I notice that in1891 the family is living in West St, St Georges. I found this burial which could be Charles,

22 Feb 1897
Burials in the Parish of St George's, Shropshire
Charles WILLIAMS
Abode:  West St, St George's
Age:  54

This would fit with the 1897 death found by IgorStrav.

I also found this report,

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Daisy
