Receiving Poor Relief under her maiden name?

I have found an ancestor of mine in the West Yorkshire poor law records. She applied for poor relief several times in the 1910s for herself and her children after her husband deserted her. By this time she was receiving a weekly maintenance payment from her husband. However, I’ve noticed she is mentioned in one entry under her maiden name. The address is correct but her age is out by a few years. Does this mean she was potentially trying to claim twice - once under her maiden name and once under her married name? Or could she simply have reverted back to her maiden name after their separation? She died and was buried under her married name!

It could be what you suggest.  What entry was it - the first one, the last one or somewhere in the middle?

It’s her second entry. The first one (under her married name) an order was refused, then she received relief under her maiden name and then again under her married name.
