Do you know for certain that he did marry?  He is single at 24.

Do you have children for him, if so when and where were they born?

Edmund had a son called Edmund who married a Joan McCann in Norfolk in 1959 but at the moment I do not know his date of birth. Hopefully I will be able to find this info soon.

I have just noticed that I have put Edmunds  Cecil's mother as Mary Mollet but infact it was Julia De La MareJoh [Jean] Naftel second wife.

Hello
Edmund Cecil Naftel was my grandfather, he was married to Ida Beatrice.
What is your connection with the family?

Hiya, I am researching the Naftel family for a very good friend of mine who is the the son of Edmund Naftel and Joan McCann. Edmunds father being Edmund C Naftel and mother Ida Beatrice Mansell. I assume your father or mother was a sibling of Edmund Naftel
