Awd(Awarded ) FP — Field punishment  — of seven days ,” in the field”.
Not sure exactly what Field Punishment constituted, maybe very hard drilling with full pack which could be as  heavy  as 66 pounds , as on the first day of The Battle of the Somme ! However it says it was in the trench .

Thanks for the explanation ,I was just a bit puzzled as  Scabies  was mentioned so often. As I said though ,the mites - which burrow under the skin can cause subcutaneous secondary infections and are very draining to general health ,-  can pass in crowded  trench conditions very easily.
The mites tunnel under the skin !!!
It has been an interesting post ,thanks for sharing.
Viktoria .
PS, I feel itchy now!
