It is definitely Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. I downloaded the entry from from the Ayrshire records on SP. Subsequent census records refer to the same location, and Colmonell on the Ayrshire Wigtownshire boarder.
A very strong connection to Drynan/Drinnan - and Ayrshire is a totally unexpected find in my DNA matches.
