Father's profession on marriage banns
« on: Thursday 08 April 21 00:01 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I'm hoping you can help me decipher the profession of John Hulme. He is the father of William Hulme who married on 1 Jan 1844 in Prestwich, St Mary, Lancashire, England.

I think maybe it says Grocer, but I'm really not sure. Thank you.
