the marriage was in Stoke upon Trent by licence. Witnesses James Poulson & Isaac Hall. The licence is online and shows Abraham to be at least 21 and a wheelwright, Isaac Hall a bricklayer.

1851 census

Abraham's birth place is most likely meant to be Wybunbury, it's not very clear on the census. And yes, the place of birth for grandson Thomas is France.

Daughter Ann was baptised 12 Feb 1832 in Hanley. There are other baptisms to the couple

Maria born 30 April 1815 baptised in Wesleyan Methodist Church Newcastle under Lyme 29 May Abraham, wheelwright and living in Woolstanton
George bp 1 Aug 1819 in St Peter ad Vincula, Stoke Abraham wheelwright living in Shelton.

1851 for Henry Whitmore also shown as born Betley

It could be that Moses and Henry were baptised in a Methodist church whose records are not online.

By the way, it's much easier if you reply on your post rather than by pm as it keeps all the info in one place and where everyone can see and possibly offer help.

just checked Genuki for Betley, it was rather small but did have a Methodist Church

https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/STS/Betley

https://www.mymethodisthistory.org.uk/chapels/staffordshire/betley-methodist-chapel-staffordshire

You can get a free pdf from Staffordshire Record Office for details of what non-conformist records they hold
