As this is a Scottish testament, it would be a good idea to add that to your thread title, to attract those members who can decipher it.

It would have been a good idea, and a big help,  to have stated the name of the deceased, place and year of this testament. All of which you must have.
I think his name is 'Baigbie'. It could be 'Bargbie'. No doubt you will know.

I have made a start.
It is a 'testament dative', which means he died without making a will, (a testament testamentar in Scotland), so this is just a Inventory of his goods and gear, and lists of debts owed to him, and by him.
It will contain little genealogical information as such.

This is the start of it - the second image you posted.

zeir = year
yair = thair = their
