Jane Hall parentage?
« on: Thursday 08 April 21 17:58 BST (UK) »
Hello!

I'm looking for the mother's name and possibly the 1841 or 1851 census of Jane Hall.

Jane Hall (according to later census's) was born in Corston, Wiltshire 1833.

In 1858 she married Alfred Bridgeman where her father is stated as Thomas (attached for you to see).

Annoyingly i can't find her anywhere prior of the 1858 marriage? I looked at the witnesses who are Pamela Bristow and (possibly) William Bristow and found a Pamela Hall who married a Bristow in which Pamela's father was listed as a John Hall, thinking this could have been a cousin? So I tried tracing that way but no luck  ???

1861 census there is a Charles Cheap living with the family who is listed as a brother? Hoping this may have been a brother of Jane I tried to trace him but found no records on his apart from the census  ??? ??? ???

Can anyone help?

There is a death in 1846 of Thomas Lyon of Corston aged 41 buried in Malmesbury.

Can't yet find them in 1841.
