Patrick McCormick

Searching for any information on my GG Grandparents Patrick & Nancy (Tierney) McCormick.   The couple possibly had at least three sons (Phillip born 1838 County Cavan, James M born abt 1844 County Cavan and Andrew born 3 January 1847 County Cavan {my Great Grandfather}).  Possible son Phillip died 9 November 1868 in Clinton County Iowa USA.  Son James M died 26 November 1919 in Omaha Nebraska USA.  Son Andrew died 4 June 1928 in Fort Benton Montana USA. 

Sons James M and Andrew immigrated to the United States 1 January 1886 and found their way to Clinton County Iowa.   James M married Catherine Smith and spent the majority of his life in the Council Bluffs Iowa / Omaha Nebraska metro area.   Andrew married Susan Nolan and  also spent many years in the Council Bluffs area before settling in the Fort Benton Montana area.

Based on the faith of sons James M and Andrew, I believe Patrick was Catholic but have no proof.
