Just ruling out one Mary Ann Hall

born Sep 1842 Bedminster mothers name Mellier

her father was Robert Hall when she married so likely these parents

Marriage Sep 1842

Robert Hall
Hester Millier

The other Mary Ann Hall born Bedminster Mar 1844 has mothers maiden name Drewe
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

Have found a Thomas Hall 1851 born Clevedon on Gallantry and Long service medals National Archives
 Wouldnt let me buy it last night Will try again tonight

When he was apprenticed to a pilot in Cardiff on 1 Sept 1873, he said his age was 22, which may help count potential births in or out
