"Waters Upandre Somerset" Is that a real place or is it a typo error ?

It says Weston super Mare, Somersetshire.

It's a frustrating one for sure.

All I can think is to look for Thomas births in the right registration district and check those out in case he was registered with a different surname  :-\
There might be one with "Hall" as a middle name for example.

Wish I could think of something else but stumped.

I can see on 1861 census a Thomas Hall 1853  Clevedon living as a boarder with Jane Hall a widow born 1819 Congresbury living in Weston Super Mare

You may have seen this entry from the previous 1851 census.

Clevedon

Jane HOOPER or HARPER, 29, Head, Married, born Congresbury
Mary Ann HALL, Daughter, 7, born Congresbury

Plus two boarders.

Could this be the same Jane?

1841 there is a

William  Hooper 30
Jane Hooper 20

but don't know if this is the same Jane

perhaps we could find a William Hooper marriage (assuming they were husband and wife) to a Jane to see if she was Hall

It's all not quite making sense yet
