help required to make this only photo of mr and mrs wright better

hi folks would anyone be able to make this photo of my brother in laws grand parents - mr and mrs wright, aberdeenshire - scotland
this is the only known photo of the couple and would love to see it in better quality

 any attempts to make this one better would be greatly appreciated

Sorry about that, Ryan. I was working on a new way of debanding, etc. and was interrupted. Now sorted.

You've had some good restores so I hope you don't mind me experimenting.

This is using the normal PS method of debanding with some adjustments using a Nik filter.
