I'm looking through old St Pancras Camden church records and I notice there is no 1815 to 1816 years records. Are these missing?

No, they are not missing. They are at London Metropolitan Archives.

If you are looking on Ancestry, they have a rather poor grasp of the history of this parish, and they have split the records wrongly. Some are under St Pancras Old Church, while others are under St Pancras Parish Chapel, although it’s actually the same place. The ancient parish church was demoted to a parish chapel in 1822, when the new St Pancras parish church opened on Euston Road. So, for those dates, if you are browsing Ancestry rather than searching, look under both sections.
