Carl (Karl) Gustav Adolf KRUMMEL born 1830 in Magdeurg ? Stadt, Sachsen, Prussia.
He died 4.9.1903 in Mount Gambier, South Australia.

his wife Johanna Dorothea Maria HOLZGREFE was born in 1842 died 1910.

Their son, Alfred Herman Paul KRUMMEL b.1.5.1874 d.2.9.1957

His 1865 naturalization Memorial mentions that Gustav Adolph Krümmel, 36y was a native of Klein Rodensleben. This is a village near Magdeburg (kr Wanzleben, Preussen).

Some of these scans are written in diabolical old German.
I dont want to start doing the transcriptions before i get the feed back that this is the right family

Interesting that his birth place is actually the Kreis name.
