Looking for information on this marriage - a William Lytton married a Bertha   (? )   Any help with Bertha's maiden name on marriage details?  She was born 1896 and in 1939 she is living in Berkshire with husband.

He married Bertha West according to Familysearch, in Newport Monmouthshire, Familysearch has it in England, not wales.

Very helpful - didn't have any of that; so wonderful to get this info.   Will have to write this down and make a chart.  I did see a death notice for a William E Lytton in 1960; but seems to have married yet again as probate to a Kathleen Gladys Lytton.  I then found a marriage in 1955.  So that would mean three marriages for William E Lytton.  Has him working in the atomic research unit.  !!

Found one death for a Bertha Lytton in 1949;  Henley, Oxfordshire aged 55 yrs Vol 66 Pg. 802
Wonder if that is her.
