death of Sarah Mellin

Looking for the death of Sarah Mellin, she was on the 1861 census for Neath Glamorgan living in the Latt area aged 82yrs,she was living with her S.i.law David Jones and family as housekeeper her daughter Elizabeth now dead, she is not on the 1871 census, I have searched all the church records for the churches in Neath with no luck,
