walmsley unable to locate in census

Hi i have found an Ann Walmsley marrying Thomas Hill in 1863 eastrington age is minor but consistantly says1845 in census returns
her father is recorded as a Richard but i cannot find Richard in any census returns i have Ann tracked from her marriage onwards but not before can anyone help please.

She married at age 18; so under 21 and therefore a minor

Greenoak is a block of 2 or 3 houses (can't remember which, long time since I went that area) in the middle of nowhere and next to the railway line.
