Did Dora marry an Arthur Edward Chivers?

Thank you yes correct people.
It's the missing maiden name we are looking for. I am trying to avoid having to go to BDM and having to pay for Dora's birth certificate. I was hoping to find James and Mary marriage certificate. I might need to search for newspaper death notices for the couple to give me more information. Thank you again for your help. TIM

I did try looking for Dora's birth record but couldn't seem to find one.  Are Tasmanian birth records expensive then?
