Hi
I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers with discovering the correct burial record for my G-Grandfather.  I have found 2 different records with the same name and age(68) but with two different dates - 26 June 1844 and 14 August 1845. Are there any sites where I could distinguish which is the correct entry.
Any help with this would be gratefully received.

From the newspapers
1844 death was 24th June and 1845 was 12th August, he was a farmer

Hi Comberton
Thank you so much for that. That clears it up for me as far as I can see as my g-grandfather was a farmer.
Thanks again for your help.

FindMyPast, search all record sets, put in Lincolnshire and choose Lincolnshire, Parish Registers browse. I use this a lot as most of my people are Lincolnshire folks. Glad to be able to help.
