In 1911 John Young is in Ireland bn c1875 England, how do you know that he was born in Cumberland and that his parents were John & Ellen.

1881 census has Ellen (widow) and children Daniel 11, Jane 9 & James 10 months.  I can't see a son John for her on any census.  Where do you have him in 1881, 1891 and 1901
