Robert Walter aka Walter was born abt 1899 Michigan and supposedly died 1976 Toronto. His wife was Elizabeth Annie Horton. The only Walter Menard with wife Elizabeth that I could find in the Voters List was 1968 living 128 Langley Ave, Toronto. Not necessarily mine. Robert/Walter's wife Elizabeth Annie died 23 Jan 1996 Chilliwack, British Columbia. I do not know if her obit would be helpful.
I am trying to prove whether other public trees are correct.

Apart from confirming the year Walter passed away, nothing else to help.

Robert Walter Menard died on Feb 18 1976. Husband of Liz. Father of F, B (Mrs C Stewart) of Connecticut, R (Mrs K Brenan) of Lahr, Germany. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and his sister Mrs Mabel Troy. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens.
