The plot thickens with Joseph. He's back in Derby in 1861 and it looks like his and his wife's ages may have been transposed in 1851 so that he's the one born 1803/4. There's probate for his death 2.12.1867 Derby and the GRO age for him is 64 yrs, so born c. 1803. Still can't find a bp for parents Anthony and Ellen. Perhaps the Will might show something - next port of call.
